When designing a website, the expectations of the business owner are often prioritized. However, a successful website should be designed from the customer's perspective. When the visitor enters the site, he should be able to quickly find the information he is looking for, trust the brand and be able to communicate easily.

The home page is like the showcase of the website. When a visitor enters the site, they should be able to understand who you are, what you do and what you offer within seconds. Clear messages and a simple layout should be preferred instead of complex structures.

Visitors want to know who is behind the brand. For this reason, the about me page is one of the most important areas of building trust.
The About Me page, where I explain my working approach and my perspective on digital projects, provides direct contact with the brand.
This type of page asks the visitor, “Who will I do this with?” It answers the question.


Services Page

The services offered should be listed clearly and understandably. Language should be used that explains what the customer will gain, without getting bogged down in technical details. Each service should be presented separately with clear titles.


References / Studies

Previous works, It is the strongest persuasion factor for customers. References or case studies directly show the experience and reliability of the brand. The visitor asked, “Who has done this work before?” The question is answered here.


Contact Page

Contact information should be easy to find. Quick communication channels such as telephone, e-mail and WhatsApp, if available, should be clearly presented. The visitor should not have to struggle for communication.


Mobile Compatibility

Customers mostly visit your site from mobile devices It does. A site that is not mobile compatible causes loss of trust at the very first step. All sections should be easy to read and easy to use on mobile.

Slow opening pages take the visitor away from the site. For the customer, speed is an important part of quality perception. A fast-loading website gives the impression that the brand is professional. It should be simple and understandable. The visitor should be able to reach the section he is looking for in a few clicks at most. Complex menus tire the user and reduce confidence.
