PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) CLARIFICATION TEXT

Within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK, data owners;
Learning whether personal data is being processed or not
Request information if processed
Learning the purpose of processing
Request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data
Request deletion or destruction of data
Objecting to the emergence of an adverse situation as a result of analyzing the processed data exclusively with automatic systems
Claiming compensation in case of damage due to illegal processing
